Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery dates are determined by the carrier selected once the package is dropped off within the processing time above and should be viewed as an estimated arrival date only.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within 18 miles.
Deliveries will be coordinated with you via the contact information provided during checkout.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at renee@figtreepots.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, more information can be found here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/shipping-support.page.
If you need to deliver to a P.O. box, please choose a USPS option.
